The registration fee includes lunches, coffee-breaks and documentation. However, it does not include accommodation or transportation. The conference dinner, extra papers, extra pages, escorts, additional copies of documentation and the social program are optional items.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register by April 9 to ensure its inclusion in the conference proceedings. Each registration will allow for only one paper to be published and presented. Authors must pay an extra fee if they wish to publish and present more than one paper; up to a maximum of 1 additional paper will be allowed.
An inscription provides the participation in the conference only to one person.
