The recent development of artificial intelligence (AI) presents news challenges and opportunities. It is essential to study this new reality in the societal and corporate environment. There is a vast literature about artificial intelligence and its application in solving corporate and social problems. However, nowadays, the massive usage of artificial intelligence in business and even in everyday life leads to the need for evaluation of its impact using a scientific perspective. This workshop intends to promote and collect contributions from researchers of disparate fields and perspectives like management, social sciences and engineering addressing the AI. According to the present state of the art of AI, it is expected that this workshop will focus on machine learning, natural languages processing, and robotics, as three relevant types of AI. Nevertheless, other approaches may be addressed.
