Registration

The registration fee includes welcome cocktail, lunches, coffee-breaks and documentation. However, it does not include dinner, social program, accommodation or transportation. The conference dinner, social program, extra papers, extra pages, escorts, additional copies of documentation and the social program are optional items.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register by April 12 to ensure its inclusion in the conference proceedings. Each registration will allow for only one paper to be published and presented. Authors must pay an extra fee if they wish to publish and present more than one paper; up to a maximum of 1 additional paper will be allowed.  An inscription provides the participation in the conference only to one person. The payments from countries outside the European Union must be made by debit or credit card.
